Indian state of Kerala’s governor P Sathasivam presented the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Development Studies (RGIDS) award for socially responsible entrepreneur to Bahrain-based businessman Varghese Kurian, VKL Group chairman, in the presence of MP Shashi Tharoor, former chief minister OommenChandy and leader of opposition Ramesh Chennithala at Thiruvanathpuram. The governor inaugurated a conclave organised by the RGIDS on the theme ‘Rebulding Kerala: The Way Forward’
